At House of Woof, we understand that bringing a new puppy into your life is an exciting but challenging time. That's why we're here to support you and your furry friend every step of the way. Our training program is designed to provide the essential foundation for a lifetime of happiness and good behavior!

Puppy Preschool Classes

Our puppy preschool classes are tailored to meet the needs of both puppies and their owners. Led by our trainer, classes cover essential topics such as:


  • Socialization: Introducing your puppy to new people, animals, and environments in a safe and positive way.
  • Basic obedience: Teaching fundamental commands like sit, stay, and come.
  • Potty training: Establishing good bathroom habits from the start.
  • Bite inhibition: Helping your puppy learn to control their bite strength.

When: To be discussed with our trainer

Class Size: 2-6 Puppies

Age of Dogs: 3-6 Months (or as recommended by the trainer)

Dog Requirements: 2 Distemper + 1 Bordetella Administered (ask your Vet if they recommend additional)

Parent Requirements: Account at House of Woof

Optional: Puppy’s own crate

Rate: $50 per puppy

Private Training Sessions

For those who prefer one-on-one attention or have specific training goals in mind, we also offer private training sessions. These sessions can be customized to address your puppy's individual needs and your schedule.


Our program focuses on:


  • Socialization: teach your dog how to interact with other dogs and humans all while in a controlled and safe environment. We will expose your dogs to different people, sizes, and temperaments of dogs, sounds, objects, and more.
  • Leash Manners: eliminate tugging and nervousness or excitement when walking in a pack
  • Obedience training:
  • Having your dog wait at doors before exiting,
  • Commands like sit and stay
  • Polite greetings (not jumping out of excitement)
  • Crate training
  • Place and Hold
  • Behavioral Training: Dog specific
  • Anxiety
  • Digging
  • Resource Protectors


Our trainer can also create a program based on your pup's behavior!



Rate: $50 initial evaluation

Session: $100 per, 60-90 minute session
